Standard production time for custom garments is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
During peak seasons, production may require additional time.

2. Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted international courier services such as DHL.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's authorities.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
