1. Return & Refund Policy

At Magnate Artisan, every garment is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for each customer. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

2. Custom Orders

As all of our products are made to order and personalized according to your measurements and design preferences, custom-made items are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

3. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be approved only if:

You receive the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The item is significantly different from the approved design.

4. Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product.

5. Alterations

If a minor fitting adjustment is required, we may offer an alteration solution or partial reimbursement for local tailoring, depending on the situation.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted as the garment is made specifically for you.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
