Men's Measurements
Chest
Stand straight and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.
Neck / Collar
Measure around your neck where the collar naturally sits. Keep one finger space for comfort.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder point down to your desired sleeve length, usually near the base of the thumb.
Shoulder Width
Measure across the top of your back from one shoulder tip to the other, following the natural curve.
Coat Length
Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the collar seam down to your desired jacket length.
Trouser Waist
Measure around the waist where you prefer your trousers to sit. Do not pull the tape too tight.
Hips / Seat
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat with your feet hip-width apart.
Thigh
Measure around the widest part of your thigh, usually near the top of the inseam.
Trouser Length / Out-seam
Measure from the trouser waist position down along the side seam to your desired trouser length.
Trouser Length / In-seam
Measure from the crotch down the inside leg to the desired trouser length.

Wearing your usual bra, measure around the fullest part of your bust with arms relaxed.
Natural Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the tape snug but comfortable.

Measure around the base of your neck where the collar naturally rests.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder point down to your wrist or desired sleeve length.
Out-seam Length
Measure from the waist down along the outside leg to your desired trouser length.

Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh.
